2025.03.03 TJEO Participates in Kyushu University Workshop for Academic Exchange

　To strengthen the collaboration between NYCU and the Japanese universities, TJEO participated in a workshop held by Kyushu University. The workshop focused on semiconductor circuit design and manufacturing process. 

　Approximately 20 members participated in the workshop and the representatives from both universities presented their work. From NYCU, research groups led by Professor CHEN Po-Hung of the Institute of Electronics, and ones from Professor SAMUKAWA Seiji, Director of TJEO, presented their research outcome respectively. In addition, TJEO members delivered a highlighting NYCU’s role with in Taiwan’s semiconductor industry.

　It is expected that both universities will continue to strengthen their partnership through future workshops, joint research projects, and student exchanges.

2025年3月3日 九州大学でのワークショップに参加しました

　日台の大学間ネットワークに関する連携事業として、九州大で開催された半導体の回路設計や製造工程に関するワークショップに参加しました。

　ワークショップでは、九州大学、陽明交通大学から約20名が参加し研究発表を行いました。陽明交通大からは、電子研究所陳柏宏教授の研究室、台日交流推進室主任を務める寒川教授の研究室から発表を行いました。また、台日交流推進室からは、研究の背景にある台湾の半導体産業における陽明交通大の位置づけなどについてプレゼンを行いました。

今後も両大学によるワークショップの開催や、共同研究、学生交流などを通じ、交流を深めてまいります。
