2025.09.12 International Workshop on Advanced Device and Circuit Technologies

  The 2025 International Workshop on Advanced Device and Circuit Technologies was held at NYCU on September 12, 2025.

  The workshop was organized under the leadership of Prof. SAMUKAWA Seiji, TJEO Director, together with Prof. Po-Hung Chen of NYCU, and provided a platform for active academic exchange on the latest research in semiconductor devices and circuit technologies. From Japan, distinguished participants included Prof. SHIRATANI Masaharu Vice President of Kyushu University, along with Prof. KONDO Hiroki and Prof. KINO Hisashi. From Taiwan, Prof. Chao-Hui Yeh of National Tsing Hua University and others delivered invited talks.

  The workshop highlighted a wide range of cutting-edge research achievements and further strengthened the international research network, particularly between Taiwan and Japan, with NYCU and Kyushu University and others at the center.

 

2025年 9月12日 先端デバイス・回路技術国際ワークショップ 開催

    国立陽明交通大学（NYCU）において「2025年 先端デバイス・回路技術国際ワークショップ」が開催されました。

    本ワークショップは、台日交流推進室主任寒川誠二教授および陳柏宏教授（国立陽明交通大学）の企画により実施され、半導体デバイスや回路技術に関する最新の研究交流が行われました。 日本からは、九州大学副学長の白谷正治教授をはじめ、近藤博基教授、木野久志教授が参加し、台湾からは国立清華大学の葉昭輝教授などが登壇しました。

     ワークショップでは、幅広い最先端の成果が紹介され、日台間、陽明交通大学と九州大学等を中心とした国際的な研究ネットワークの強化が図られました。
