20250605 Deputy Director General KOREEDA of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Kaohsiung Office Visits NYCU

On June 5, 2025, Mr. KOREEDA Kenichiro, Deputy Director General of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Kaohsiung Office, visited National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University
(NYCU).

TJEO introduced NYCU’s efforts in international collaboration, especially its partnerships with Japanese universities and institutions. The discussion focused on academic exchange
and university-industry collaboration in the semiconductor field.

Following the meeting, Mr. KOREEDA visited the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI), where he toured the institute’s advanced research facilities. The visit provided insights into Taiwan’s semiconductor research system and the strong cooperation between universities and industry.

This visit helped deepen mutual understanding of university-industry collaboration between Taiwan and Japan and opened the door for further cooperation in the future.

 

20250605 日本台湾交流協会高雄事務所是枝憲一郎副所長が陽明交通大学を訪問

2025年6月5日、日本台湾交流協会高雄事務所の是枝憲一郎副所長が陽明交通大学を訪問し
ました。

TJEOより、陽明交通大学の国際連携における取り組みや、日本の大学や機関との協力関係について紹介がありました。特に、半導体分野における学術交流や、産学連携の推進に向け
た活動について意見交換が行われました。

その後、是枝さんが台湾半導体研究センター（TSRI）を訪問し、先進的な研究設備を視察しました。台湾における半導体研究の体制や、大学と産業界の連携の実例について理解を深
める機会となりました。

今回の訪問を通じて、台湾と日本の間での産学連携に対する理解がさらに深まり、今後の協力が一層進展することが期待されます。
