2026.02.24 NYCU and MUFG Sign MOU: Strategic Partnership for Semiconductor Talent and Industry-Academia Co-Creation

 

　National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), in collaboration with MUFG Bank, co-hosted the “MUFG x NYCU Semiconductor Conference.” Bringing together over 450 industry, government, and academic leaders from across the APAC region both in-person and online, the conference highlighted a proposed trilateral collaboration model positioning Japan as the capital anchor, Taiwan as the ecosystem integrator, and India as the talent powerhouse. As a major highlight of the event, NYCU and MUFG officially signed an MOU. By combining MUFG’s global financial and industry networks with our university’s robust academic foundation, we will continue to drive Japan-Taiwan cooperation forward to foster next-generation talent, spur innovation, and build a more resilient semiconductor supply chain.

 

2026.02.24 陽明交通大とMUFGがMOU締結、半導体人材と産学共創に向けた戦略的提携

 

    国立陽明交通大学（NYCU）は、三菱UFJ銀行（MUFG）との共催で「MUFG × NYCU 半導体カンファレンス」を開催いたしました。APAC地域の産官学リーダーら450名以上がオンサイトおよびオンラインで一堂に会した本カンファレンスでは、日本を資本の要、台湾をエコシステムの統合者、インドを人材の宝庫とする「日・台・印」の3カ国連携モデルが提唱されました。また本イベントのハイライトとして、NYCUとMUFGの間でMOUが締結されました。MUFGのグローバルな金融・産業ネットワークと本学の学術基盤を掛け合わせ、次世代人材の育成、イノベーション創出、そしてより強靭な半導体サプライチェーン構築に向けた日台連携を推し進めていきます。
